Situation:

The company was considering raising growth equity. The CEO was looking for additional strategic help from an experienced CFO that had been through multiple M&A processes. He engaged Larry Levy and asked him to provide strategic advice and help with the entire process.

Actions

Larry reviewed the buyer’s due diligence request list and then each deliverable prepared internally. As discussion moved on with the buyer’s Big 4 Accounting firm financial due diligence team, Larry helped refine and finalize several deliverables and helped explain them and respond to their questions.

The sale was successfully completed on time.
